Founded by former CBS News journalist Katiana Krawchenko, RESILIENT Media & Communications specializes in media training, corporate communications and content & copywriting.
After a successful career in control rooms, in the field and at the White House for CBS, Katiana joined the D.C.-based public affairs agency Avoq, where she specialized in nationwide TV and radio outreach, client management and strategic broadcast media plan development in her position as senior director of broadcast media. Working with Google, the CDC, FEMA, the American Cancer Society and many more, gave Katiana the opportunity to exercise her media training, writing and pitching skills that led to major bookings for her clients.
At the same time, she earned a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University, where she was recognized for her academic drive and outstanding research on Increasing and Equalizing Internet Access in American Homes to Improve Health Outcomes.
Katiana now lives in Austin, TX, with her rescue dog Binkie and is a proud member of Women Communicators of Austin.
